Case Study

Social Media Management

Brief

A live event production agency urgently needed a social media presence. They had been posting sporadically, without a clear strategy or direction and were so busy delivering live events they could not spare the time to keep their social platforms updated in-house.

Approach

We brainstormed the target audience, creating user personas for the three types of customers identified. We then focused on designing delivery methods to get targeted, thought-provoking and relevant content to their social channels. Using company insight and narrative, we developed a social media strategy that fed back into the overall marketing strategy for the business. We designed layouts, templates and content schedules that delivered eye catching, meaningful messages to the target audience and encouraged them to engage online.

The final stage was a series of blog posts, allowing Zebra to share their story to a wider audience. An active presence on LinkedIn enabled the Director to engage directly with the decision makers.

Results

By pushing the boundaries while staying true to the clients’ tone and vision, we have enabled Zebra to find their voice online and share their stories with the world.

"I have been impressed with the speed with which Roz has grasped a good understanding of our business and target audience and translated this into a social media strategy. She is great at raising your profile and pushing you to get noticed on platforms, even if this may take you out of your comfort zone."
