Approach

By designing a content creation and distribution plan, we worked with the client to create content that appealed to their specific customer base. We developed a Brand Awareness Campaign that transitioned into an Engagment campaign once we had a regular posting pattern and online engagement with core and new followers.

We encouraged user generated content from customers using recommendations and testimonies. The third phase of the project was targeting new audiences using Facebook Advertising which delivered targeted ads to customers showcasing the catalogue of products available.

Results

A threefold increase in genuine enquiries coming from Facebook, converting and generating new business sales.
